Refund Policy

At Your Therapy with Jane Dearnley, we are committed to providing professional and compassionate psychotherapy services. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Session Payments
All payments for scheduled sessions are due at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been booked and confirmed. If we need to cancel a scheduled session, you will be entitled to a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues on the platform or mutual agreement to terminate services early. Each case will be evaluated individually.

5. Online Payments
Refunds for online payments will be processed using the same method used for payment, within [number of days] days of approval.
